Terms
These terms apply to every purchase, commission, and reservation through Bee Creek Bespoke. Shipping, returns, and care policies are incorporated by reference.
Stone facts are drawn from studio records and, where present, independent lab certificates. Photos and videos are studio-captured. Color, brilliance, and fire shift across light sources and screens; the stone in hand is the truth.
Stones marked obtainable may be purchased through Checkout. A pending checkout session holds the stone briefly; an unfinished session releases the stone back to inventory. High-ticket stones move through inquiry first.
Eligible direct purchases use Stripe Checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or ACH). Commissions begin with a non-refundable deposit at scope acceptance; the balance is due before shipment. Wire transfer is accepted on inquiry for stones above the checkout threshold and for commissions.
Title passes on payment in full. Risk of loss passes when the stone is accepted by an insured carrier. Shipping practice is detailed on the Shipping page and is part of these terms.
Eligible inspection windows, exclusions, and the return path live on the Returns page and are incorporated into these terms.
Stones are sold as described with reasonable accuracy. Subjective characteristics — brilliance, light return, color under different lighting — are not warranted. Liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Nothing in these terms waives rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in Travis County, Texas. Reach the studio at howdy@beecreekbespoke.com.
