Bee Creek Bespoke is a one-cutter studio. The studio collects only what is needed to reply, fulfill, and keep clean records — and tells you exactly where it goes.
Inquiry, commission, and checkout forms collect what you submit: name, email, phone (if provided), shipping and billing address, and the project details you write. Checkout payment data is handled by Stripe — full card numbers, ACH account numbers, and wallet credentials never reach Bee Creek's servers and never appear in studio records. Reference photos uploaded with a commission inquiry are stored as media files alongside the inquiry record.
The hosting platform (Vercel) and CDN may retain standard request logs — IP address, user agent, request timestamps — for routine security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics. Bee Creek does not run third-party advertising trackers or marketing analytics on this site.
To reply to inquiries, manage live commissions, reserve and ship stones, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, fulfill legal and tax obligations, and keep accurate studio provenance records. Bee Creek does not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Bee Creek shares only the information each service needs to do its job: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Supabase (database + storage hosting), Vercel (web hosting), FedEx and USPS (insured shipping), and Westlake Goldsmiths (when a commission moves into setting). Each operates under its own privacy and security commitments. Bee Creek does not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Personal data and order records are stored on Supabase (US region) with encryption in transit and at rest. Payment data is held by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1. Access to studio records is limited to authorized Bee Creek and Westlake Goldsmiths team members with a need to access them.
Studio correspondence, order records, and shipping records are retained as long as needed for the active relationship and afterward to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and provenance obligations — typically up to 7 years for financial records, longer where law requires. Inquiry and commission records that don't progress to a sale are retained for follow-up and pruned periodically.
You can ask the studio to access, correct, or delete the personal information Bee Creek holds about you, opt out of any non-transactional email, and request a copy of your records in a portable format. California residents (CCPA/CPRA), EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR), and other jurisdictions with applicable laws have additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email howdy@beecreekbespoke.com to make any of these requests; expect a reply within 30 days.
This site and its services are intended for adult collectors and clients. Bee Creek does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, write the studio and the record will be deleted.
Bee Creek may update this policy as the studio's tools or obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page; the version in effect at the time of your interaction governs that interaction.
