Care is family-specific and setting-specific. The simple version: be gentle, keep documentation, and ask before ultrasonic cleaning.
Set stones
Follow the care guidance for both the gem family and the setting. If Westlake Goldsmiths sets the stone, the setting care path travels with that piece.
Cleaning
Warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush are the default. Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaning unless the family, treatment, inclusions, and setting are known to tolerate it.
Return to the bench
Bee Creek stones can come back for inspection. If something looks wrong, stop wearing the piece and write the studio before trying to fix it at home.
