Insured shipping
Loose stones ship fully insured with signature required. High-ticket deliveries are scheduled after the appointment path confirms the recipient, address, and timing.
Returns and inspection
Eligible loose stones include a short inspection window. Custom commissions and stones altered for a client are final once approved for cutting or setting.
Certification
Every stone includes a Bee Creek cut sheet. Independent lab reports are linked when present; treatments are declared plainly rather than hidden in fine print.
Care
Keep the cut sheet with the stone, avoid ultrasonic cleaning unless the setting and family allow it, and contact our team if you damage your stone.
